Air Emissions Inventories for Oklahoma and Texas are due by April 1st, and March 31st, respectively, for the 2012 Calendar Year. Most other states emissions inventories are also due by Spring 2013. The State of Texas required all permitted facilities with existing or new permits address air emissions from MSS activities at your site. All facilities, except oil and gas, must assess MSS emissions by January 5, 2013. KJE can assist with the assessment of MSS emissions and any permitting as needed.
